Paralympic classification animation

This animation was a response to the classification changes in Paralympic athletics which took place in 2018. The information being relayed by the IPC (International Paralympic Committee) was not particularly clear. By adding moving image and a simple voice over (done by comedian and host of The Last Leg, Adam Hills) I feel it is a lot more easy to understand the changes.
